At VIO Europe, we are transforming Mercedes E-class hybrid vehicles since 2013, possibly the first to enter this field; and improving aerodynamics and some of the details so that they can reach maximum km in electric mode.
All this acquired experience has enabled us to be currently performing the transformation of the Tesla Model 3, a 100% electric vehicle.

Taking advantage of the new Mercedes plug-in models, as well as the Tesla electric ones, we offer you the possibility of transforming, under a previous study, any vehicle, whether it is a plug-in hybrid or completely electric.
On the way to the production of fully electric cars, the Mercedes brand offers the Mercedes E-class 300 DE, a plug-in hybrid with 316 horsepower with a 1,950cc diesel engine that has been combined with an electric motor of 90kW of power and a rechargeable battery of 13.5kWh. Equipped with a 9G-tronic automatic gearbox.
Leaving us with original features, the possibility of driving up to 80 km in electric mode. The Mercedes E-Class 300 DE has four driving modes: Hybrid, Electric, Electric Saver, and Charger, so that if you want to keep the battery for later use, you only have to set Electric Saber and if you prefer to charge it through the combustion engine you will have to set charger. In this position, the engine does not switch off even when the car is stopped at a traffic light. Its plug-in function will allow us to leave the car charging when it is not in use, both to special chargers and to domestic sockets that we can have in any installation, since Mercedes provides them with chargers for any place (we have to take into account that the charging time is shorter in “superchargers”, but it is not necessary to have one)
Of course, if we have not yet decided for 100% electric mobility, this could be one of the best options until the final change.
We want to give respect for the environment the importance it deserves. So we emphasize the need to have in any funeral fleet any float with this type of operation.
It is very important and can become very practical to be able to make services without any engine noise, no odor caused by combustion and can get as close as possible to the relatives without any emission of both acoustic and CO.
For the most demanding we offer the possibility of bodywork Tesla brand vehicles. We have been doing studies for some time and we can do it.
